We are a licensed, in home breeder of happy and healthy natural Yorkshire Terriers in a variety of colors. Our main focus is healthy puppies with the best temperaments. We carefully plan our litters and our adult Yorkshire Terriers are AKC and/or CKC registered. All adult Yorkies are Optimal Selection DNA genetic health tested. When you choose one of our Yorkie puppies, you can be confident that you are getting a well-socialized and well-adjusted companion. They have amazing temperaments – playful, energetic, very sweet, and affectionate. Our puppies are used to interacting with dogs and cats as they are raised in our home surrounded by constant love and attention.

Meet the Dams and Sires!
Cassie
Cassie is our traditional Yorkshire Terrier Dam who only carries traditional. She is an outgoing girl, who loves everyone she meets, showers them with kisses, loves belly rubs and has a cat for a best friend.
Bri
Bri is Parti and carries chocolate. Sugar and spice would best describe her. Bri loves everyone she meets, is an amazing mom, and loves to give kisses. She is small but mighty!
Maleficent
Maleficent is KB black and carries chocolate and Parti. She is our dancing queen. Maleficent loves to stand on her hind legs and spin around, play with the little puppies and sit on her daddy’s lap while he works.
Bean
Bean is KB black and carries dark face mask. He is a shy guy with a heart of gold. He loves to play, give kisses and be chased around with a toy.
GusGus
GusGus is considered Seal color. He is KB Sable, carries blonde, chocolate, dominant and recessive black and the dark face gene. He is the happiest little boy; always ready to play, snuggle and watch the birds outside.
🧬-note-CDDY (shorter legs) and IVVD-1 copy. Dogs with 1 copy of these mutations have a 0.05% chance of developing Intervertebral Disk Disease and can have shorter legs.
Retired Dams and Sires
Maple-retired
Maple is our Chocolate Dam who only carries chocolate. She is a very sweet, calm girl who hardly ever barks, loves her belly rubs and snuggling on your lap.
Blue-retired
Blue is a traditional Blue Merle, partial diamond. He carries chocolate and recessive red. His favorite activities are racing around the yard, playing with his dog and cat friends, and snuggling up on his window hammock.
