Puppy Pricing Policy

Our Yorkshire Terrier puppies are priced to reflect the exceptional care, time, and dedication invested in raising healthy, well-socialized companions. Pricing is initially set after early evaluation of color, structure, size, and overall development. As puppies grow, we may adjust pricing to reflect how they mature.
A non-refundable holding fee of $500.00 is required to reserve a puppy, and the agreed-upon price is locked in. If a puppy’s price is later reduced due to developmental changes, the lower price will apply. Any updates will always be communicated clearly.
Each puppy is raised in a loving home environment and receives age-appropriate veterinary care, routine health checks, vaccinations, and deworming. I am happy to answer questions and help ensure every puppy is placed in a loving, well-matched home.
Yorkshire Terrier Coat Color:
Traditional: Traditional Yorkshire Terriers are born black and tan, and their coat naturally lightens as they mature. This gradual transition typically begins around 6–12 months and may continue until 2–3 years of age. The black areas soften into a steel blue or silvery tone, while tan markings deepen into a rich gold, especially on the face and legs. This process occurs as the fluffy puppy coat sheds and the fine, silky adult coat develops.
KB Black (Solid Black): KB Black Yorkies are born solid black and typically retain most or all of their dark coloring into adulthood, with little to no lightening. These dogs may develop a small amount of silvering over time, but many remain predominantly black.
Sable: Sable Yorkies are born dark but gradually lighten, with black-tipped hairs overlaying a gold or tan base. As they mature, sable coats often become lighter, especially on the face and legs, though darker shading may remain on the back.
Chocolate: Chocolate Yorkshire Terriers have a brown-based coat rather than black. They are often born chocolate and tan and may lighten to lighter brown or caramel tones as they mature. Nose and paw pad pigmentation typically matches the chocolate coloring.
Parti Color: Parti Yorkshire Terriers are born with a combination of white, black, and tan due to a recessive piebald gene. Their coloring remains distinct throughout life, though shading and intensity may change slightly as the coat matures.
Merle: Merle-patterned Yorkshire Terriers display mottled or patchy coloring caused by the merle gene. This pattern can affect coat color and eye pigmentation.
Important Note:
Coat color, shade, and final appearance cannot be guaranteed, as genetics play a significant role in how each puppy develops. All color changes described are natural and occur as part of normal Yorkshire Terrier growth.
